At the start of each water polo season, we ask all players to complete a Canterbury Water Polo Player Registration Form. This ensures you are officially registered as a Canterbury Water Polo player for the season and eligible to participate in competitions.
Any personal information provided through our registration process will be securely stored and used to communicate important updates about our club and events. You have the right to access or update your information at any time by contacting us.
Please note that tournament fees are separate from the club registration fee and will be communicated as events approach. At this stage, registrations are on a per-term basis, and invoices for club fees will be issued two weeks before the term begins.
The training fee covers all scheduled sessions. Please note that there is no discounted rate for missed sessions.
Pool admission is not included – players are responsible for their own entry fees.
All players must be registered before entering the pool.
Upon registering, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Our coaches look forward to seeing you poolside on the scheduled dates!
Invoices & Payment
- Invoices will be sent after registrations close and must be paid within 7 days.
- If you need to withdraw, please email accounts@canterburywaterpolo.org.nz as soon as possible.
- Withdrawals made after invoices are issued will incur a $15 admin fee.
