Age Group Managers

Age Group Managers (AGMs) play a crucial role in the smooth operation of Canterbury Water Polo Club (CWP), acting as the key liaison between coaches, the administration team, the board, and our members (players & caregivers). Each AGM is responsible for a specific age group, ensuring effective communication, team coordination, and logistical support for training programs and tournaments.

Expression of Interest to become and AGM

Interested individuals must submit an EOI form outlining their relevant experience and ability to meet travel requirements. While previous experience in managing a team is not necessary, it is certainly helpful. The board carefully reviews all submissions and selects AGMs based on suitability and availability. The EOI for 2026 is now open for those interested in expressing interest to manage teams for the 2026 season.
