Uniform Requirements for Traveling Players

T​​​​​​​o ensure our teams look professional and unified on the road, all traveling Canterbury Water Polo players are required to own the following official kit:

  • CWP Togs: Mandatory for all competing players.

  • Official CWP Shirt: Players must have either the official Polo or T-shirt.

All other branded apparel and gear are completely optional.

Official Gear & Fittings at NZ Uniforms

For all new uniform items excluding togs please visit our official supplier, NZ Uniforms. This is the best way to ensure you get the perfect fit before placing an order.

They stock our full range of official apparel, including polos, T-shirts, and optional gear.

All club togs are ordered through the Delfina portal during specific windows. Please read the following process carefully so you know when and how you will receive your order.

2026 Ordering Dates

Window 1

  • Portal Opens: 20th April 2026

  • Portal Closes: 10th May 2026

Window 2

  • Portal Opens: 20th July 2026

  • Portal Closes: 9th August 2026

Important: We cannot reopen a portal once it has closed. If you miss a deadline, you will have to wait for the next portal to open to place your order.

How the Process Works

Delfina does not ship orders to individual home addresses. All items are sent in one bulk delivery to the club.

  • 3 Weeks from Portal Closing: Delfina begins to make and prepare the order only after the portal closing date has passed.

  • 6–7 Weeks from Portal Closing: Delfina finishes making and delivers the bulk order to CWP. Once the order arrives, CWP will post an update in Heja so that you are aware it has arrived.

  • 7–9 Weeks from Portal Closing: The order is handed over to your Age Group Manager. They will communicate when the gear will be at the pool for collection. We aim for this to be available at the first training session after the Manager has received it.

Total Wait Time: Please allow 7–9 weeks from the date the portal closes for your order to be with you.
