Referee Development Coordinator

The Referee Development Coordinator oversees the growth and education of referees within Canterbury Water Polo. This includes mentoring new referees, organising development opportunities, and supporting referees as they progress through the local and national referee pathway.

Referee Coordinator

The Referee Coordinator manages referee appointments across Canterbury Water Polo competitions and is the main point of contact for referee availability, appointments and competition enquiries.

Our Referee Assessors provide mentoring, feedback and assessments to assist referees in developing their officiating skills and progressing through the referee pathway.
